Day job: Aeronautical Engineer in an Airline.
Favorite Benchmark workout: workouts when we match cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting
Favorite exercise: sled push but I have a story of hate to love with burpees 
Sports history: I have played football since I was 5 years old.. I played in high performance leagues in around Colombia
Hobbies: I’m sports guy I like practice sports (football Tennis squash Pádel ) that’s mean one of my favorite hobbies is watching sports 
I moved in to Latvia around 1 year ago new country for me and I wanted to enroll to at the gym I searched gym close to me at google showed OZO I had never made CrossTraining I was scared but curious at the same time I decided to tried to get in shape and keep healthy.
I wasn’t fan of the gym routines I found kind of boring days gym however when I started in OZO box I felt that I wanted go everyday and find out new exercises, new experiences and this kind of healthy competition everyday with your partners is really cool. OZO is priority now in my daily!!
My biggest achievement in OZO Till now is perform exercises that I never believed that I could do.. my next goal is improve technique and go to a CrossTraining competition.. I know that I am a rookie but I will do my best to demonstrate myself that the limits are in your mind.
The thing that I most like about OZO is people even though I don’t speak Latvian people make me feel part of this community and this is one of the factor to come back day by day and train with them and support each other.
My advice is “the limits are in your mind” once you realize that all you can reach in short time.. you will be very proud of you.. if you’re scared, do it anyways do the things.. do it with afraid but do it!! Well Jose Garcia is an adventure guy what is ready for new challenges, a person that want improve itself everyday, I’m a disciplined guy that want to reach big dreams like as a have my own aviation industry company someday and this requires focus mind and a healthy lifestyle that’s why I found my place in OZO.
